Spruce Ridge Llamas Adventure Treks was established in 1992 and provides Colorado guests with quality llama adventure vacations in the San Isabel National Forest.
We are a small family operated business. Your guide is Dan Jones. He has more than 30 years in the outdoors, having spent 12 years in the organized camping profession working with young people and adults in outdoor camps and outdoor education. He is certified in first aid and cardio-pulmonary-resuscitation (CPR), and has his M.S. and Re.D. in outdoor education and recreation from Eastern Kentucky University and Indiana University respectively.
Staff members from Noah's Ark mountaineering program often assist us on llama treks. All treks are led by at least two highly trained and seasoned outdoor guides certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.
